The location was perfect ,the hot water was good,they had a good WiFi signal in the room and the staff was very attentive .

There is no elevator everything else was fine.

The front desk assistant Christina is absolutely great to help you with anything you need. The room was spacious and we had quiet location. Lots of furniture for storage. Location is excellent! This price is such a great value. The owner called to welcome us! We will definitely return!

The Best Location and Value for Pereria!

Super great location for the downtown right in the middle of it all! The rooms are spacious and lots of furniture for storage and closets. One gets their money's worth, no breakfast but price makes up. There is coffee and tea all day long. They do bag storage as well very convenient. Christina at front desk is so patient, we don't speak Spanish well and she really helped us organize a travel agent, Paula that meet with us and spoke good English. Without Christina our time could have been different and we're thankful she was there all the time! So ya,! This hotel has allot to offer for such a reasonable price. Our room was clean, quiet, secure, a nice floor fan, flat screen TV, lots of space and close to really really good shopping and most sites. We will return for sure! Almost forgot to mention the owner of hotel called us the day we arrived to personally thank us for our stay and to let him know if we need anything! Now that's personal customer service!
